Privacy Policy
Effective August 8, 2026
AmplifyOps LLC ("AmplifyOps," "we," "us") is based in Fresno, California. This policy describes what information we collect through the amplifyops.org website and the Operational Systems Diagnostic, and how we use it. We've written it to describe how our systems actually work, in plain language.
Information collected through the contact form
When you submit the contact form on our homepage, we collect the details you enter: your name, organization (optional), email address, your message, and your confirmation that we may contact you about your inquiry.
Information collected through the Operational Systems Diagnostic
When you complete the diagnostic, we collect:
- Your answers and scores. Your responses to the six questions, along with the pillar scores, total score, and readiness tier calculated from them, and a randomly generated submission ID used to keep a submission's data together. These answers describe your organization's operations; the diagnostic does not ask for information about you personally.
- Optional contact details. Saving your results is optional. If you choose to, we also collect the details you enter: your email address and, if provided, your industry, organization size, and location.
- Technical information. When you save your results, your browser's user-agent string (which identifies your browser and operating system type) is included with the submission. Like most website hosts, the services that run our site also keep standard server logs, which can include IP addresses.
The website does not use accounts, advertising trackers, or analytics cookies, and we have not added any cookie-setting scripts of our own.
How we use information
- To respond to inquiries sent through the contact form.
- To save your diagnostic submission, provide your results through the website, and follow up about them if you choose to share contact information.
- To understand the operational needs of small businesses and nonprofits, benchmark readiness across industries and organization sizes, improve AmplifyOps offerings, and develop industry insights. For these purposes we work with diagnostic responses in aggregated or de-identified form — that is, combined across many submissions or with direct identifiers such as names and email addresses removed.
We do not currently sell users' contact information.
About aggregated and de-identified information
Insights we develop, use, or share from diagnostic data are based on patterns across submissions — for example, how audit readiness differs by organization size — not on identified individual responses. De-identification is not the same as perfect anonymity, so we avoid presenting data in ways that could reasonably identify a specific person or organization.
Service providers
We use a small number of service providers to run the site, and they process data as part of providing those services under their own terms:
- Netlify hosts the website and processes contact form submissions.
- Google (Google Apps Script and Google Sheets) receives and stores saved diagnostic submissions. The site also loads its typefaces from Google Fonts, which involves your browser requesting font files from Google's servers.
Retention
We keep information for as long as it is reasonably needed for the purposes described above. We have not set fixed retention periods yet; if you would like information you submitted to be deleted, contact us using the email below and we will handle reasonable requests.
Contact
For any question about your information — including requests to access, correct, or delete it — email caingaguirre@amplifyops.org.
Changes to this policy
If we make material changes to how we collect or use information, we will update this page and its effective date. The version posted here is the current one.
